I see someone mentioned it was only 24 patients and a P2. Entirely correct but it was overwhelmingly positive (more positive than I would have expected with regards to efficacy signals) with evidence of biological interaction at the site of action (reducing questions of placebo effect etc) - you could argue therefore that the small sample size hindered statistical power and therefore the findings of significant (statistically) differences was more impressive. You can't go straight to P3 so this is where we are.....a deal could come at any time and you gotta be in it to win it etc etc
