Hi SC. I don't think the JV will use Transocean again going off the video. I think CN said downtime was 70% with Cajun Express ,which was woeful. I think the article is as much about whether warm stacking or cold stacking is the way to go. I could be wrong about the SSV Caterina, and probably am, but it does seem like a likely candidate, drillship equivilent, late model, warm stacked and not far away in Las Palmas. DB
