Yes that's exactly what I mean, plenty of good quality to choose from in that scenario and highly leveraged.
These are good cobalt grades for a deposit outside of DRC, but if you convert to copper equivalent and compare to something like Tenke Fugurume:

Anyway I think part of the idea is to define more resources in safer / more ethical jurisdictions outside of DRC, will have a premium on that basis alone.
