Sadly you are discussing issues here and providing quite definite comments on this stock based entirely upon past history, without seeing what the company is doing with THIS project. THIS bet!!

Sure, leopards don't change their spots, but, I'm giving this "new" management, unburdened by the pie in the sky hyped up expectations of previous leaders with those "billion dollar company" projections and making my decision on a strep by step basis.
First step, quite surprisingly to me at THIS stage and possibly critical, is this placement which "might" give us some guidance about management's attitude and expectations.
Get that out of the way and discussed, then we have the drill tests and "possible" flow tests.
Surely it is highly reasonable to at least see the outcomes of those two developments (one is "material" and who knows, the other one could be also) before we start throwing this entirely optimistic project into the rubbish bin.
Unless, of course you DO have a crystal ball hmmm!!
