You don't need a crystal ball. Annual Audited accounts are due for all ASX companies by 30th Sept. That is next Friday. The auditors won't care about "possible" flow rates. Have a look at page 78 of last years report for perspective of what is required. It is likely most companies would try to not have that "Emphasis of Matter" included which I think may be part of the reason for the placement timing.

I hope everyone here does okay and that the company is able to deliver something positive for the small investors holding. In my opinion the "3 Amigos" are some of the best posters on HC and imo it is worth considering all opinions even if you disagree with them.
