The Board (other than Mr Busch) also believe that the issue of the options to Mr Busch provides a reasonable, appropriate and cost effective method of remunerating Mr Busch and providing him with an equity based incentive for his ongoing commitment and contribution to the Company as Managing Director.
Is this additional to Buschy's salary? Or in place of part of it? (i.e - re the 'cost effective' bit).
