Brad, don't be too hard on those rag writers they so try hard and have families to feed.
No point explaining to them there is a difference between providing insurance and providing an intermediary claims service, bless they wouldn't understand. I suppose following rag writers logic, the sanitary disposal service used by Aviva for its extensive offices is actually an insurance company.
