I'm not sure I really understand. Even though you say we have funds you want us to raise money at 2.5 cents instead of 5 cents?

We may even have the option off a offtake which mean 0 new shares being issued. This has now been mentioned officially by management a couple times.

You NEVER want to issue share if you can help it. Dilution is the enemy to a higher share price.
1. by it lowering the EPS when the company makes money.
2. Having more shares O/S means more potential sellers.
3. And the most important thing for me...supply/demand. If Jerko and Co. own 15% I and Q own X% and the float...which is EVERYTHING is say 40- or 50% of the 650M shares. Well when Mr.Market want shares...he'll have to pay a lot more. This is what I want.

What happened to MOY or other lithium company's is what happened to them. AGY doesn't need funds now. When we do we'll get the funds.
