it seems to me its over.
After two strikes from ASIC for around $35M with i reckon another one to hit them from Carboodle activities i dont see how their financing operations can crawl back.
Plus the class actions.
Then they will be left with a whole lot of nonviable brick and mortar leases.
I think management and the directors are headed of to the knackers yard.
Nice vote of confidence Cumins selling.
Mind you i could well be wrong and i would like to hear other views
