Of course wind will be a factor; as will lightning, cyclones and floods. It will have a wind rating like any other machine with a boom and arm. But going off the fact that it looks to be a modified Longreach excavator, I'd say the bricks would be flying through the air long before that thing would lose its precision due to wind. Unless you build inside a factory, you are always going to be restricted to some degree by the elements. Gives the boys a chance to knock off early and go to the pub.
