The way I see it, if three additional land owners came onto to scene then they will want the best deal they can get. Originally the two landowners had 10% each. Now they stand to receive 4% each.
The land owners have avq over the barrel. AVQ have invested millions in a resource that they haven't secured.
If AVQ has to increase the land owners percentage to get the deal across the line they will. Obviously any deal needs to be beneficial to all parties. But a reduced profit is better then no profit.

Also I have said it before but AVQ should have creased all drilling until they had rightfully secured the project and instead, focused their efforts on resources that weren't being challenged ie SJ

I still remain confidant that AVQ will succeed but it is disappointing that they have put the shareholders at risk like this.

A company that only generates revenue from capital raising should be a little more careful how they spend the money. Companies have gone into liquidation for less.

Now I fully expect some of you to blow me apart for saying this by name calling and so on, Some will offer valued criticism. I'm happy to debate in a civilised manner but I fear most will do the former, blinded by emotion and dollar signs.
