Welcome to Australia, the land that forgot TZL. There will be no reaction in the local market to any announcement TZL makes. Remember this is the market being advised by brokers who did not even know who Textron was! The future is NASDAQ. Local shareholders will have a very lucrative offer made for their shares when TZL delists from the ASX. I can well appreciate the feeling among management that whatever effort is put into information packages to stir the local market is akin to flogging a dead horse - the information is only read by those already convinced. Unless holders buy more there is no local demand. Eventually the penny will drop and it will be an "overnight" sensation as the market being addressed is enormous. I'm happy to wait, if a little irritated at the delay.
