It was my understanding that the new land owners were from other tribes and would require a new Joint Venture. Am i right to assume that you believe the new land owners to be from the same Tribes we already have deals with?

I take your point on a lot of funds being used for the court battle i don't have a problem with.
But if AVQ had redirected to SJ we'd most likely be a profitable mining business by now without the need for future cap raising.
I know hide sight is a beautiful thing and we all thought it was in the bag. Hopefully a lesson is learned for future reference.

I'm still enjoying the ride but am looking forward to the end of it all
