I am just admitting I got it wrong by reading a HC hearsay comment and I didn't verify it. It means they haven't got all the rightful landowners approval (that we know off publically/officially) but I took his comment as that AVQ has already added the 3 other landowners to the JV, and my view has always been are/will there be more and logically this is diluting initial 2 landowners 20% JV (and further if there are more landowners involved) so the initial 20% offered for the JV by AVQ was too high....IMO.
