ooooooooo, The directors have issued themselves a minimum of 72 million shares each with David Whitby 78 million shares . That looks like a very likely target for a future buy out as they hold 10% OF THE COMPANIES voting power. All very legal as they are shares they have substituted for part salary .It is obvious where this is going . Still do not see where this ties into Nido.?
