they found a heap of high grade dirt where the plant was going. I think it's a bigger footprint in the design than first imagined and perhaps they are preempting the heritage issues rather than waiting for it.
The mineral inventory statement is interesting as there is obviously a lot of high grade dirt around still in the inferred or exploration target category which won't fall into the reserves for bfs
