They want you to agree to throw out shares to "instos" at a discount to the share price. NO WONDER IT'S BEING PUSHED DOWN on little $$ value. They want performance shares/options for WHAT ?

Why issue shares at a discount when only a few months ago AXE announced "Over subscribed SPP"
They tried to raise only $500k until shareholders kicked up a fuss and they put more in than the company asked for.
Wake up board ! You have shareholders that want to participate in raisings yet your going to give that opportunity to who ? Hmmm not happy with this rubbish.
What has changed at a company level for the antics that ive seen here in the last 6 months ?????
