In your last sentence did you mean to say "not until post offtake"?
The offtake contracts (and in particular anything hedged) will IMO also dovetail into the finance package in some way/shape/form, so really it's the old chicken and the egg tale.
Also to aid with what you were suggesting D come equity raising, will MF have a mumbwa wildcard to play somewhere around the time?
