All it will help is the carving up of Arrium.We know Shorten loves to spend taxpayers money, and they have stated a $50 million cash injection would "MAKE ARRIUM MORE DESIREABLE TO PROSPECTIVE BUYERS.".so you see this is just a cry for funds from the wasteful labor govt in an ill fated attempt to secure Aust jobs at Arrium, but then what foreign buyer would be interested in keeping on Aust workers who won't get out of bed for less than 100K per annum...Australian manufacturing is a global joke,billioms of Chinese workers willing to work for $3per day..Arrium is about to be carved up like a salami, and the blame can only fall on the unions for demanding high wages, and OF COURSE previous management.
