. my read on the original announcement was it was not disclosed that an agreement was made as part of the transaction that ray shaw was leaving.
. i thought while ray shaw was on the board that bpt did not have complete control of the company with their 19.9% stake which made the deal with the directors look a more bonafide deal at the time.
. if bpt has a go for gog less than the 50c taken by the original directors and it seems as though a deal had been struck at the time for bpt to gain outright control and not disclosed then i think we would end up in the law courts over the goings on in my opinion and original directors seriously out of pocket.
. this announcement could be a bit of late disclosure regarding the original deal
but strange indeed, which usually means it is not good.
