    You are dreaming. Why would anyone hold onto their shares for this long to sell them all at 2.02 when the market wants them at 2.06 up to 2.12.

    Why is the market willing to pay a premium to get the shares? To convert them to TLW. In my opinion you are going to be lucky to get over 45% conversion rate. Then you are going to be whinging at what a bad deal you got.
