Yea I hear what you are saying mate.

All I can say is that my last call was the first contact I have had with management for about 9 weeks. The reason being I didn't like the smell of the second to last conversation I had with them and felt it only right to tell them.

Conversly, this conversation was much better. I asked many many questions and was happy with almost all (and all the important), answers.

That's all I can say mate. BTW, I have NO special relationship with management and as such the same information would be provided to anyone who called.
