- inventory build 56 kt
- average CIF price USD 87.28 (AUD 115.17)
- average FOB price USD 75.16 (AUD 99.17)
- gross profit ~ AUD16.4M
- inventory investment AUD4.1m
presumably some investment in tailings dam and maybe more in pre-mine stripping. So IMO cash generated will be something less than AUD12M
at revenue level, better than 06/2016 quarter by around AUD8 / tonne ... relative to my salary that's not loose change!
mystery remains - what they'll do with [growing] cash pile.
imo downside risk in estimates are sales tonnes and 'capital' investment in mine (including tailings dam)
