croupier, Domain simply doesn't understand you. Never did understand anyone with a differing view. Daver is a warmonger and always will be. Don't expect him to see anything negative in whatever US is doing.
However, we all know, that the sale of Iraqi oil will not bring enough money for the Iraqi economy to kick start. So? The rest of the world will be asked to CONTRIBUTE. They were totally ignored before but now they will be asked to CONTRIBUTE. The consequence of that? The rest of the world will go broke again trying to raise another phoenix out of the ashes caused by America. US$ will again dominate without any GDP worthy of its name.
The "war" was lost way before it started. The sabotaging of the oil pipe heading towards Israel tells you what this war was really about. Iraq is now put up for tender. Huge corporations around the world will be bidding for its North, its Centre and its South.
And the hypocrites will still be talking about Democracy and how "well, if the stupid people don't want Democracy, then they deserve what they get!" Totally bemusing that sort of logic! They don't even understand that they speak gobboldigook! Howard is a brave man! Yeah, right! As brave as Bush is intelligent, as intelligent as my undies!
