Having bought ROC Oil ords on the 2nd and 6th Nov, I would expect to have both parcels given rights entitlements. However, ROC has only given me rights for my purchse on the 2nd, despite the record date being the 10th. Having spoken to the company, they claim as rights started trading on the 3rd, I "miss out". Contray to what is in the prospectus, and their announcements that the 10th Nov is the record date.
Unless I am not seeing something here (which hopefully someone here will eloborate on), ASIC here I come!
