Good point - we have gotten used to CCP being undervalued.
I think your numbers need a little clarification. The trailing PE (2016 FY) is 19.4. However based on my profit expectations for the current FY ($1.21) the current PE is a more moderate 15.7, the PEG is 0.7 and the PEGY is 0.49.
