Let's say he does, should he pay more than he has to?
Let's say that the Clinton Foundation takes hundreds of millions and pays very little to charitable causes, should they pay more than they have to and have less for Chelsea's future?
Obviously if either candidate has broken the law then that is different.
It's up to the govt to close any loopholes in both cases.
