Phill your post is excellent logic for WPL to move this one forward.
As you say it's only feasible for WPL if their is no FAR sugar daddy in the background.
But what if FAR are able to PE what's to stop this logic being adopted by their sugar daddy ?
Very attractive proposition for a sugar daddy to get control of SNE and also attractive to FAR.
