True, but that statement refers to the Qinzhou processing facility in China, doing very little for OMH's bottom line. The market has responded correctly to worsening production issues at Bootu Creek. They just haven't been able to address those issues in a timely enough manner, hence the market is scepticle of it ever being viable. BHP flagged this as being for OMH nearly a year ago and they've proven to be spot on.
