I think this is good news. If you use the data from the Annual report, table 7 with a 1.2% Cu grade, 34 MT of resource and a copper price of US$2/lb then DNL will earn $90 million over the life of the project (NPV) with a 32% Internal Rate of Return, using a discount rate of 9%. I am no expert, in fact far from it. Please correct me if I am wrong, but I think that is a good result. Given that Cu has firmed up with a spot price at US$3.11/lb and a 15 month price of US$3/lb, I think that US$2/lb is a feasible figure.
