Can't say I agree. It was very small numbers which I don't think is indicative of market sentiment. Someone has been marking the price down to 3's and 3.5's for weeks now. Stronger opening at 0.004 this morning as well, however still small numbers.
I agree with S4W. CAD needs water and Nevada Sunrise holds it all. There is something larger happening behind the scenes here.
