    Great Interview,

    The points about management leaving a legacy instead of staff using the company as a way of fulfilling there own personal images (as was the case pre GFC for some companies), gives some confidence in the long term direction of the company. It appears advising staff to implement the roll of leaving a legacy within the business, comes somewhat easier when an air of confidence is exuded as a result of the product being in demand and the business is growing as expected.
