Yes thats in USD too.
$57M to upgrade an existing plant is far better than what BKY is facing for their build (or any other aspiring developers). they seem to have momentum too.
it will be interesting to see what BKY's numbers would be if it was less than 4mlbs pa. lots of uranium to move in a depressed market.
