On the contrary Kiwi, we should not expect any iminent news. Directors can only trade when they have no information not already announced to market. That is not to say that deals can't be done in the near future, just that no deals were underway when the purchase occured.
A little odd that it was an off-market purchase. They normally only happen between related entities.
