Good luck with that....there's plenty of investors waiting for that unfortunately it's more likely to be above $1 than .80 cents
The only way is average up and just hold don't worry about the small bumps along the way....
Stocks like this just go one way check out these nice looking charts charts BAL, SMN and RAP
Not many opportunities to average down or buy back in lower
