That sentence makes no sense and I actually suspect you don't know what a "KPI" is.
Anyway, I agree that the SGH Board itself is highly culpable for not sacking Mr Grech, let alone accepting his resignation. There is a serious accountability problem at the higher echelons of the company (you'll probably disagree GW but I don't value your opinion much because you lack judgement and have a very poor understanding of what's happening)
