I am I have asked people here should the director be but on a KPI and if say what should they be and want to present this at nice AGM.

But people here do not want the board to be on a KPI because they are company rep.

This is my statement from the start .... but it hit a raw point and I am starting to think it because of people motive being company rep and just flaming posted who question the board.

So what should the KPI be ?
