You are right mate, I do struggle to understand your posts, because they don't make sense in relation to this business. All this talk about P&I coming from you is total garbage. It's unbelievable. Interest first blah blah blah.
and now you have circled back around to cost of finance. Yup, equity costs more than debt. Pretty basic. Same for any business...
Earnings, cashflow management and maintaining cash principle payments going forward are the main thing.
