I think YNB ended up with a larger stake in MeU after they transfered debt for equity a while back. From memory they owned 70 or maybe 90%. Then again, owning 10% or 100% of a dud loss making business is pointless
My reading is they will own 100% of the new venture. Still dubious, will just be a re-seller again - through Inabox likely.. so really just new paperwork and the same problems surely?
