You make a fair point there robbo24. However, I expected this sort of result so from a personal perspective it was only a matter of more pilot testing before this sort of result could be proven across a large sample size. The reason I state this point is due to the fact that SYR reported a long time ago that one of their potential clients achieved a TGC concentrate level of 99.1% using the clients in house processing method. That fact did not get much commentary, but to me it was proof to show that the Balama flake graphite was low in contaminants and amenable to achieving ultra high grade concentrate using the right flow sheet process.
