I did a few quick calcs at a high level to see what dilution effect this has on pps:
1. Old = 164M shares @ close last night $7.26
2. New = 5.2M shares @ $6.85
Means the new share value should be about $7.24
So I was happy to pickup some shares at $7.02, and again on the rise at $7.20 as I was doing the sums...
The outlook with additional $35.6M in your pocket will only amount to new growth.
