Jackinkoland, I also believe TFC is a great opportunity and have 25% of my super invested at around $1.70. (Poor entry levels because I became too bulled up).
However, there is a huge difference between Indian Sandalwood oil and Australian Sandalwood oil, including the Indian variety is around 20 times the price of the Australian variety. (TFC grows Indian Sandalwood oil).
Recently I visited Mt Romance at Albany. All of the products were using the Australian sandalwood oil. They had a tester of the two varieties to smell. My sense of smell is poor (I can’t tell the difference between a shiraz and a cabernet event though I practice as much as possible). I found the Australian sandalwood oil to have a strong noticeable smell, whereas the Indian sandalwood had a very subtle smell.
Maybe the subtle smell is why it is more valuable. But all the ladies I know love the products currently sold by Mt Romance (Australian sandalwood oil).
