Yes, but what happens when they get to 19.9% and stop buying?
RSG seem to be the only buyer in the market and they are almost full.
Might be short term weakness but obviously RSG wouldn't be buying unless they were believers.
Doesn't make sense to me that everyone is ignoring MSR and what RSG buying means.
Seems like an easy no brainer.
