couldnt agree any more copperroad.
i believe its muscle flexing from the politicians that's all...
to please the voters, you put heaps of companies on the chopping block, more than necessary so you please the voters and communities and get the message across with impact that the current government is making changes...but .... you then concede on some to look like your being more 'fair' to the miners also...but leaving the impact that you want as the legacy.
i believe OGC is in the overshoot category, the ones that they know are just cards to play... and they will be used as bargaining chips, whether it be a political message or just something else...
nothing more than someone flexing their biceps... OGC i think know this, hence the continuation of mining.
i could be wrong, but its big trade for the instos here.
