Hi Mrcb, didn't mean to imply that the company has done a average job, just that you would expect the sp to be travelling a lot better than it is to justify the managers rewarding themselves, how many agm s would you think is acceptable to continue doing so while the sp remains the same.
About people being happy after the last couple of agm s, who wouldn't be but maybe a case of over promising too much too soon! That it will happen is fairly likely so a tight ship needed meanwhile and perhaps that may mean delaying any financial gratification, when it happens sure we will all be nicely rewarded. It might be a old fashion concept but I would think rewards should be received when the results are reflected in our sp.
I also run a small business and know that people we will not pay me for potential but what I can deliver and if they do it won't be for that long! .... Lol . All good, bit of luck their is a postive Ann to come and everybody satisfied.
