China is too big a country and market to ignore. Their need for recycling waste water too pressing.
EMC can't ignore the risks, but has to manage it. EMC manages it by controlling the IP. EMC manages it by not succumbing to offers by the Chinese to build the factory for them, funding it or made to feel beholden-ed to any one party. EMC manages the risk by selling the products to parties on cash or positive receivable terms. To ignore such a massive market would be foolish.
