Very interesting - claim by Uranium Resources PLC (URP)that Dr Pretorius breached his duty of care as a former director by redirectiung a business opportunity away from them.
DYL states they will vigorously deny the allegations and have assured shareholders that Paladin and DYL directors will seek to fulfil their full entitlement with the rights issue.
Geez, Dr Pretorius has p*ssed off some people & the ground in Namibia could be hot property.
