I agree ... Dom has always said that he would like to avoid dilution and prefers to pay with cash but retains the option to pay with shares if deemed appropriate to do so.
If the company does pay by cash , according to my table the loan would be paid off in 18 months assuming I have used the correct assumptions on line 1. The cumulative interest is not that great over the life of the loan and obviously the interest is higher in the first month because the debt is higher but over time pales into insignificance. Can't see much of a problem unless I am missing something.
