The major concern for me is regardless of whomever is running it and how great the company appears to be the SP has traded down in the last 6 months when it should have traded up. This stock should be trading at 0.05 based on the response of other Zinc stocks in the last 8 months. I am concerned it is not just a lack of a JORC that has done this.
