IMO this is a much needed announcement that gives clarity - i.e. it sets straight what the ROFR is and where we stand with MIN.
The way some items are worded imply to me this will be concluded with minimal repercussions to PLS - and at the end of the day why would you state "The company....believes that the independent expert to be appointed will determine the sales notice to be valid" unless you were pretty damn confident in what was handed over.
